ORDINARY MEETINGS
Whitsunday Regional Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise notified) in various locations around the region. Click here to view the dates and locations for future meetings this year.
All meetings are open to the public, however Council may choose to close the meeting to discuss a confidential issue under Section 463(1) (c), (d), (e) and (g) of the Local Government Act 1993.
Please find below the Agendas and Minutes for these meetings in PDF format. Previous resolutions from the Bowen and Whitsunday Shire Councils, can be viewed by clicking on the archive links below. These pages hold the previous 12 months, for earlier documents please contact the council to arrange viewing the hard copy.
Under the Local Government Act 1993, it is possible to inspect the official copy of the Minutes under the supervision of a Council employee. A fee is applicable for copying material.
